(There’s plenty of parking available, too.)

The Thomas Jefferson Room
San Tan Flat’s private Thomas Jefferson Room is the perfect setting for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, celebrations of life, and everything in between — comfortably accommodating 30 to 40 guests in a one-of-a-kind saloon atmosphere, with plenty of banquet tables and chairs.
Booking & Fees
- $400.00 non-refundable room fee — payable by cash, check, or money order only (no credit cards)
- Room is available from 11:00AM until close
- Parties under 20 guests may order and pay individually at the food window
- Parties of 20 or more require a grill cook — additional $100.00 fee
- Grill cook must be confirmed at least two weeks prior to your event date
- All food must be pre-ordered when using the grill cook option
- No outside food or drink permitted, with the exception of cakes

Food & Drink
- Drinks may be purchased individually or on a party tab opened at the bar with a credit card
- Drink tickets available upon request
- Payment accepted via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or cash
- 18% gratuity will be added to all tabs that include a server and grill cook
Space & Setup
- Air-conditioned room accommodates 30-40 guests
- Additional outdoor tables with fire pits available if more space is needed
- There is a TV in the room for your use
- You are welcome to decorate the room as you like
Age Policy
All guests under 21 must leave when the kitchen closes — 10:00PM Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00PM Friday and Saturday.
Optional Party Trays
Add something extra to your event with one of our party trays! We have a few different delicious snacks available, which can be delivered right to your room. It’s a simple and tasty way to feed a crowd before the main event. After your meal, we also offer the “Big O” Cheesecake — Cheesecake Factory’s own — served plain with chocolate or raspberry sauce. (Note: Payment is due the day of your event and is non-refundable.)

Private Patio Rentals — The Perch & The Roost
Prefer an outdoor setting? San Tan Flat offers two private patio spaces for smaller gatherings, each with its own unique atmosphere and character.
$300.00 non-refundable rental fee | Up to 25 guests | Orders placed at the food window
*Please note that patio rentals do not include a cocktail waitress or grill cook option.
The Perch
Situated right next to the stage and dance floor, The Perch puts you in the heart of the action with some of the best seats in the courtyard. Featuring bar top seating with a full view of the courtyard — perfect for groups who want to be part of the atmosphere.
The Roost
Tucked away on the southwest side of the courtyard, The Roost offers a more relaxed and intimate setting. Featuring a fireplace, a mix of high top tables, and bar top seating — ideal for groups looking for a little more privacy without missing out on the San Tan Flat experience.
